In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with. Je suis inspirée par la violation massive des droits de l'enfant et de la femme caractérisée par diverses formes de violences ( la traite , l'exploitation sexuelle et économiques, le travail des enfants, la non scolarisation, l'absence de soins de santé , la violence faite aux femmes, les OEV, le VIH/SIDA)
